For this entry I chose a different route, instead of a monster as the main focal point, I chose innocence in the form a child. People sometimes underestimate how many people smoking really effects, like the children of parents or family members who smoke. Especially at such young ages, children have no real say in their own health or their parents.
The gas mask on a child illustrates an extreme and ironic fashion especially for a young child. Even though she wears a mask the smoke still finds its way in to corrupt and damage innocence, making it the ugly truth.
EDIT - Fixed torso/dress. Fixed monster, back figures, mask.
